Treat Yourself Meditation + Gratitude
Join us for our "Treat Yourself" on the 4th Saturday of each month.
This month we will be sharing Gratitude Jars, Gratitude Trees, and gratitude practices. You will be given the supplies to create a gratitude jar and/or tree. We will have tasty treats for all to enjoy along with learning and community conversation. The sessions ends with a guided meditation practice.
We will be sharing our love of mindful meditation! All participants will learn how this style can be incorporated into a meditation practice.
Throughout the workshop we will discuss meditation techniques, provide guided practices, enjoy conversation and a tasty treat.
