Hi! My name is DeShanda Carter, And I am the CEO of Simply Carter Corp., the parent company of Carter’s Diva Glam Mobile Party. While working with so many young girls throughout my travels and seeing the growth and interest in entrepreneurship, I decided to create a platform for all young ladies to display their skills and talents. Hence the creation of Diva Glam Future Boss Pageant. Our mission is to empower young ladies by promoting success through leadership, confidence, character, and integrity. We want our young ladies to know that anything is possible through hard work and passion.
