You will need to: *Clean the bathrooms on each floor Basement to 4th Floor *Sort and Receive any packages that come to the building (UPS, USPS, FedEx, Amazon) *Use and Run the freight elevator for Tenants needs such as (Moving In, Moving Out, Delivery, Heavy Pakcage) *Clean Hallways with Scrubbing Walk Behind Machine *Spray hallways and common areas with an electrostatic sprayer *Make sure the staircases are neat and clean *Bring In and Out a garbage dumpster from the street *Keep the building 100% clean at all times We are looking for serious candidates.
