Innotech Laser just keeps growing! We are a fairly laid back, yet rapidly growing small production business in Warminster, PA… Just outside Philadelphia! Most of our team comes from an artistic background, spend our free time outdoors and are lovers of all things in life. We are looking for free spirited individuals who look forward to joining forces to exceed our customer’s expectations, whatever it takes! Attention to detail is of utmost importance! Our workflow comes from nationally known companies, but we also cater to up & coming artists. Some services we offer are laser cutting, laser marking, and digital printing. Our work can be seen on decorated water bottles you see in your local cafe as well as ID tags on covert military equipment. We have a vast spectrum of customers and projects, and likewise we like to think of our workspace a diversified and open minded one. We are currently hiring for production associates in our laser & printing departments. Ideal candidates will have production or manufacturing experience, but we are willing to train the right person. Having good time management, attention to detail, reliable transportation, and being a team player are key to this position. Prior experience with YAG or CO2 lasers or digital printers is a strong plus. The job varies from day to day, but the basic job description is to keep your machine running whether a laser or a printer, maintain quality and when in doubt, ask questions & ATTENTION TO DETAIL. We would prefer for our applicants to have experience in Adobe illustrator, Autocad or similar software. However, this is not mandatory. We are looking to fill positions on multiple shifts: 12PM – 8 PM M-F 3PM – 11PM M-F 9AM-5PM weekends throughout Christmas holiday WEEKEND HOURS & OVERTIME MAY BE MANDATORY THROUGHOUT THE HOLIDAY SEASON (Nov-Jan) Simple IRA (with employer matching) & Medical & dental benefits available after 90 days, PTO after one year.
