Description

Painting: We have open positions available for individuals to paint vacant houses and apartments. Please have your own reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, and your own tools. Pay is weekly, and taxes are not deducted. You will receive a 1099 for all money earned. We are looking for experienced people that have done this type of work before. Please have references ready to be checked. You will also be required to wear white pants and shirts. Please have prior knowledge of repairing sheet rock, using a paint sprayer with a guard leaving clean crisp lines, knock down texture, popcorn texture, orange peel, knowledge of cutting out sheet rock and installing new panels etc. **Pay is as follows for apartments: 1 Bedrooms $110.00, 2 Bedrooms $130.00, 3 Bedrooms $170.00 Houses will be negotiated per job but pays much more than the apartments.** --Extra pay is given for ceiling paint and drywall repairs.
