As a Bilingual ( English & Spanish) Full-Time Service Writer with Advantage Golf Cars (aGc), you will interact with our customers on a daily basis to assist with scheduling service calls to be completed by our mobile and shop technicians. This will include customer golf car and utility vehicle repairs, factory warranty repair, preparation and accessorizing of new golf cars and the delivery of new and used vehicles to our customers. The Service Writer is responsible for communication with both internal and external customers as related to service quotes and estimates; scheduling of service and maintenance and all aspects of service/prep administration. Responsibilities include: Answering phones and managing walk in customers for service Quoting and scheduling repair service; preventative maintenance; prep and delivery service Use of Quickbooks to prepare work orders and track work orders as needed from creation through invoicing oversee all paperwork and reports related to the service functions oversee all functions and paperwork related to warranty work Other responsibilities as assigned Routing of Road Service Technicians Ensure safe work environment and proper repair of golf cars To be successful in this role, our ideal employees typically have: Strong communication and multitasking skills Golf car knowledge with understanding of makes, models, features and benefits Understanding of golf car parts and accessories and common problems related to service and maintenance Complete understanding of preventative maintenance Ability to read and comprehend manufacturer’s technical publications, schematics and parts manuals High level work ethic Working proficiency with Windows, Office and Outlook Quickbooks experience is a plus Strong computer typing skills “Can-do” attitude 1-3 years experience Our competitive compensation package includes: Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Vacation and Personal Time Off At Advantage Golf Cars we are looking for Team Members that want a stable, career-oriented environment.
