Need help with the car

I have a 2006 Chrysler Pacifica it will not let me get it into gear but when you press on the break I hear a clicking noise near the gearshift can anyone give me an idea what is wrong All the fluids are up to where they need to be just not sure what’s going on won’t let me shifting into gear Please try to help me
