Dynamic, growing 50+ year old non-profit organization based in Keene is seeking a qualified Property Maintenance Technician to support Senior and Workforce Housing as well as other agency owned real estate throughout Cheshire & Sullivan Counties.
- General building maintenance & janitorial responsibilities primarily in apartments & offices
- Painting, interior and exterior, minor carpentry repairs to include glazing, drywall and flooring
- Minor plumbing repairs
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment and supplies
- Assist in housing inspections
- Ability to work in a variety of working condition
- Communicate effectively with other program and housing dept. staff
- Able to maintain confidentiality and set boundaries
- Valid driver's license required
