Description

Tools for people of color and others in underrepresented communities to cultivate and acknowledge inherent worth and create success. Self worth is often attributed to financial, familial, and intellectual success. In communities of color and underrepresented groups, opportunities to gain these successes are often not available. This leads to deep voids in self confidence and self esteem. This six-week workshop aims to provide the tools necessary to cultivate and acknowledge inherent worth -- an innate stream of wellness that is undefined by outside expectations or circumstance. It is open to any students who seek to partake in meditation, journaling, and discussion to revive their spiritual core and understand their immense inherent worth. Facilitators Daphne Odeh and Aya Nasrallah welcome you to join in on this amazing journey! Questions?
