Exciting news! The Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego (MCASD) has switched their sculptures on display at Westfield UTC.
This year Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego (MCASD) is excited to present the work of American sculptor Beverly Pepper. Through ArtLAB< MCASD and Westfield UTC continue their partnership to bring MCASD art-making experiences for families back to La Jolla and for all of San Diego to enjoy.
Families are invited to explore these new sculptures at a social distance throughout the year and on Saturday, December 19th pick up a holiday-themed Family ArtLab Take-Home Kit.
This special holiday craft will inspire guests to cut, carve and sculpt their very own holiday pop-up card, inspired by the works of Beverly Pepper. Similar to Pepper’s ability to work with metals by casting, cutting and bending materials.
Pick up will be located in Palm Plaza, near Warby Parker.
This program is free and recommended for families with children ages five and older.
Start exploring.
