The Mission is to Educate the Community about Local , Social and Business Resources while Bringing Awareness to African American Culture.
No outside food and drink will be allowed. Food and drink will be available for purchase from local vendors. General admission ticket holders will be allowed to bring a small chair (1 per person) for the evening concert while space is available. Due to Covid-19 and Social Distancing we will be updating the Determination on Space and Occupancy. The purpose of the Omaha Freedom Festival is to create an all-day Free family-friendly event on June 19th, 2021 from noon-midnight. The Freedom Festival will provide for cultural and historical celebration in addition to education, entertainment and exposure to resources from noon to midnight at the Malcolm X Memorial Foundation located at 3448 Evans Street.

There are 3 types of tickets:
1. General Admission Day Ticket: 12pm-5pm (free)
2. General Admission All Day/Eve Ticket: 12pm-12am (free)
3. VIP Admission All Day/Eve Ticket: 12pm-12am ($30)
Malcolm X Memorial Foundation has a CAPACITY of 1,500 at ANY given time. A Free General Admission ticket does not guarantee admittance to the festival. To Guarantee Admission, it is Recommended to Purchase a VIP Admission Ticket for $30. VIP Tickets are available and comes with covered table seating, concessions, VIP parking, meet & greet. DUE TO SOCIAL DISTANCING AND COVID-19 CAPACITY WILL BE A THIRD OF THE ORIGINAL OCCUPACY FOR NIGHTTIME ENTERTAINMENT
