Come join us to a workout in the park. H.I.I.T style workout designed to get your calories burning! Former NFL player Carl Bradford designed a body weight workout for all fitness levels to get a sweat in on the weekend. The workout will consist of a 10min warm up followed by a 45min workout. Full Body weight exercise, no weights needed.
