Pay:  $15.00 - $17.50 Location: South Tucson - Rita Ranch, Arizona Shifts: Morning and night shifts available | 10 or 12 hour shifts available | Full and Part time. A-Key: Saturday, Sunday, Monday | B-Key Shift: Tuesday – Friday Benefits and Perks Weekly Pay | Day 1 Benefits | Opportunity for Advancement General Summary  The Warehouse Worker is responsible for one or more function to include accurate receiving, picking, packing, shipping and return of product to meet company standards of safety, security and productivity. You’ll get to be a part of a collaborative, fun and engaging culture that values the unique personalities of all team members. Together, you’ll work to meet daily challenges while having fun at the same time. Primary Responsibilities  •    Maintaining a safe and secure work environment. •    Accurate picking and packing of product. •    Repackaging of inbound product. •    Replenishment of product. •    Quality control to ensure accuracy of customer orders. •    Loading and unloading trucks both by hand and using equipment. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities •    High school education or equivalency preferred. •    Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team. •    Basic math proficiency for certain roles. •    Basic computer skills for certain roles. •    Good record-keeping skills with attention to details for certain roles. •    Good communication and interpersonal skills. •    Strong sense of urgency; flexibility in meeting deadlines. •    No drug test required. •    Must be able to pass background check. Physical Requirements With or without accommodation: •    Ability to follow all policies and procedures. •    Ability to sit, walk and stand for up to 12 hours per day. •    Ability to lift and carry items less than 25 pounds regularly and 60 pounds on occasion. Working Conditions •    Must be able to walk continuously through multiple levels / stand at work-station for a long period of time, depending on function. •    Must be able to withstand noisy, dusty work areas. •    Must be able to withstand both hot and cold atmosphere depending on weather conditions.
