Seeking experienced cleaning team of 2 people for expanding short-term rental business. Currently have 4 homes that are cleaned once per week. We will continue adding homes. Pay is $200 per clean, paid every two weeks. Responsibilities: -remove dirty laundry and wash/fold at a facility or your home -bring back clean linens for next clean -clean, vacuum & mop entire interior of home to brand standard (bathrooms, bedrooms, floors, kitchen, dishes etc) -replace sheets/linens on beds correctly with no hair and limited wrinkles -replenish supplies like toilet paper, paper towels and fill up soaps (maintain inventory letting us know when we need to buy more) -place trash/recycle in correct bins outside -tidy up exterior porch and yard -final walk thru making sure everything is properly done -photos sent to manager Schedule needs to be somewhat flexible, we sometimes get last minute bookings.
