Two stray kittens need a home

There are two cute kittens who were born near my yard and need a home. I'm not sure how old they are, maybe 2-3 months. They need to be socialized to become pets. The grey one will eat right next to my hand, but not from it yet, while the tabby prefers more distance. I haven't spent much time with them, so this might improve quickly. We can work on trapping them and getting them fixed, but we can't adopt them. We're hoping that there's someone who's experienced with cats who would be interested in taking them, or maybe there's an organization that could help. There's a huge stray cat population in this neighbourhood, and these are just two of the newest additions.
