We are excited to hear from Delana Harbison from Student Care and Well-Being, Michelle Moss from the Counseling Center, and Anna Russell from the Women and Gender Resource Center.
We will be asking questions such as: What are some common misconceptions regarding mental health? How do we know that we have gotten to the point where we need to reach out? What do you do if a friend shares that they are struggling? How can I take care of myself while also supporting those struggling with their mental health?
The Q and A will provide opportunities for you to ask any questions you have about mental health on campus and how to support those around you.
