Come celebrate The Fashion Statement’s 6 year anniversary! Enjoy a day of shopping, fashion and giving back! 2021 marks The Fashion Statement's 6 year anniversary! We are so thankful for our clientele and supporters over the years. Every year we select a local charity and/or organization to sponsor and raise awareness for a special cause. This year our Charity of Choice is Gracious Girls whose mission is to “Grace the style and beauty by enhancing what’s already in you!” They have be working alongside Haven Women’s Shelter to raise awareness against domestic violence. During our curated event we will honor those who have survived and those who we have lost. Guests can enjoy shopping By Popular Demand The Collective all day from 11am-6pm and our fashion show will start promptly at 6PM. Our fashion show will feature Detroit designer Jalyssa Terrell, Founder and Owner of The Fashion Statement! Guests will have the opportunity to purchase garments immediately off the runway! Proceeds from the show will be donated to Haven Women's Shelter. On behalf of Haven's Women's shelter, we are asking for donations of the following of the following items. A Donation drop off box is available at By Popular Demand, 6540 St.Antoine Detroit,MI 48202 during business hours. Donations will also be accepted during the event. -Twin sheets -Towel sets -Personal products for women(toothpaste, deodorant, toothbrushes, ponytail holders, lotion, sanitary napkins, &body sprays) -laundry detergent -Soap or body wash -shower loofahs -children toys All items must be new and in its original package per the women's shelter.
