About the Position: As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out all of Crowdmade’s in-house operations. This includes but is not limited to, supervising the reception, ingestion and storage of goods in our warehouse, as well as the picking, packing, and shipping of orders. As a team leader, you will also be responsible for managing, hiring and training all of our employees working in the warehouse. Responsibilities: • Manage the warehouse team • Oversee reception, storage, and shipping of goods • Planning for larger fulfillment days (developing flex capabilities) • Manage stock levels • Organize the warehouse • Implement and improve operational policies and procedures • Ensure an effective and safe work environment • Maintain accurate record of warehouse activities Required skills: • Detail-oriented, attentive, and highly organized • Proactive and forward thinking • Communicative and willing to ask questions • Logical reasoning • Must be able to stand up for consecutive hours, and lift objects Minimum Experience: • Pick/Pack/Ship Operations • Warehousing of goods • Merchandising • OMS/IMS software • General warehouse work Bonus: managerial experience Compensation: • Full time employment • Annual gross salary of $50,000-70,000 paid every two weeks • Paid time-off • Sick Leave • Medical, dental and vision • Up to 10% additional annual performance-based bonus
