Dust and spot-clean all furniture, fixtures and equipment. Spot-clean all walls and doors. Clean/disinfect all door handles (inside and outside), light switches, refrigerator door pull, microwave oven door pull and filing cabinet drawer pulls. Dust high and low areas, removing dust and cobwebs. Dust all miniblinds, ledges and window sills. Clean both sides of the glass door. Using an approved spot cleaner, clean spots on carpet. Vacuum all carpets from wall-to-wall. Clean the toilet. Clean the sink, including the faucet and faucet handles. Stock the paper towel dispenser. Stock the toilet paper. Clean the restroom mirror. Wet-mop the restroom floor. Once a Week o Dispose of non-condiment food in the refrigerator. o Clean the inside of the microwave oven and refrigerator. Twice a Year Shampoo all carpet. Strip and wax the restroom floor. Wash both sides of all windows. First Floor Restrooms (Men's and Women's) Twice a Week Empty all trash receptacles and replace liners as necessary. Clean all four toilets. Clean both sinks, including the faucets and faucet handles. Refill both soap dispensers. Stock both paper towel dispensers. Stock all four toilet paper dispensers. Stock all four toilet seat protector dispensers as needed. Clean both restroom mirrors. Wet-mop both restroom floors. Second Floor Art Studio Twice a Week Empty all trash receptacles and replace liners as necessary. Dust and spot-clean all furniture, fixtures and equipment. Spot-clean all walls, light switches and doors. Dust high and low areas, removing dust and cobwebs. Dust all miniblinds, ledges and window sills. Using an approved spot cleaner, clean spots on hardwood floor. Dust-mop the hardwood floor with a treated dust mop. Twice a Year • Strip and wax the hardwood floor. Wash the inside of all windows.
