Looking for a maintenance/handyman to help keep our community running and be in compliant with regulations.
Under occasional supervision, performs work relating to the operation, maintenance, repair and security of buildings and facilities in order to ensure efficient plant operation.
General knowledge is necessary for painting, minor plumbing, grounds upkeep, moving in/out residents work needed in the residents' rooms, driving, and other tasks.
