Experienced, reliable, trustworthy Maintenance Technician needed in six-story, sixty-unit apartment building in San Francisco’s Tenderloin. The building also has three commercial tenants. The right person will handle duties including but not limited to repairs, plumbing, drywall, painting, flooring, welding, keys/locks and daily garbage disposal. Requirements: Must be available at least 30 hours a week and mindful of San Francisco tenant laws, live close by, have good communication skills and a functioning cell phone. Conversational Spanish, own tools, familiarity with Tenderloin culture and housing stock strongly preferred. Compensation commensurate with experience.
