"Misuse of power"? Gimme a break. The department of justice is working within the process of the law that has been established for 240 years. Misuse of power my ass... If you do not like the law, great, change it. But do not throw out silly notions like misuse of power beach your "team" is losing.

The bottom line is- If Bannon has nothing to hide, he should have no problem testifying. Innocent men do not fear the law or investigations.
At this point Bannon has two choices. cooperate with the investigation or spend 2-24 (1-12 months for each of two counts) months in federal prison for not cooperating with the investigation.
