First off, it wasn't/isn't Biden's bill. It was put together by a bipartisan group of Democrat and Republican Senators and handed to Biden, who first hailed it, then got run over by the squad and wasn't able to negotiate a compromise with the waring factions to bring it to a vote. It wasn't until the bulb went on after the Virginia elections that dems realized they better get their act together, then it got passed. Second, ten million new jobs? I know two or three contractors and they are having the same problem as all other businesses, hiring people. Anyone who can fog a mirror either has a job or doesn't want a job. "American" jobs?? Nope. Now we know why Biden isn't locking down the borders.
