Landscaping Crew Leader and Crew Members-This position would involve landscape projects including, planting, seeding, and more. Must be able to lead, and train a team of 1-5 individuals to be a crew leader. Shrub Trimming Crew Leader and Crew Members-This leader position requires ability to identify weeds, plants and shrubs and to prune to industry standards. Weed Management Crew Leader and Crew Members-Plant care, hand weeding, and back pack weed control. This leader position requires ability to identify weeds and plants. 3.0 Applicator License required for spraying. Fertilizer Applicators-This position would apply fertilizers and herbicides. Includes operation of a Z-Sprayer and sometimes a push spreader. 3.0 Applicator License required. Must be self-motivated and able to work on your own. 1 year of experience preferred. Snow Plow Operator-This position would require a motivated individual ideally with a minimum of 1 year of experience as a snow plow driver. Pay based on experience. Must ensure all work is completed with excellent quality, while meeting time and material budgets. Valid drivers license required. Valid driver license required.
