East Haven police logs, Nov.3-9: Nov. 3 Anthony David Derosa, 50, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. Sean G. Lindsey, 33, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and violation of a standing criminal protective order. Nov. 4 Bradley Blankenship, 32, of NY, NY, was charged with violations of a protective order and second-degree harassment. Theresa Marie Montone, 43, of New Haven, was charged with interfering with an emergency call and second-degree breach of peace. Alberto Martinez, 27, of New Haven, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Firearm, Criminal Attempt to Commit Assault in the First Degree, Reckless Endangerment in the First Degree, Illegal Discharge of a Firearm, Criminal Possession of a Firearm, and Illegal Possession of a Weapon in a Motor Vehicle. Nov. 5 Bradley Blankenship, 32, of NY, NY, was charged with numerous counts of violation of a protective order. John W. Gaul, 48, address listed as East Haven/homeless, was charged with first-degree failure to appear. Nov. 7 Devin Leigh Piscatelli, 31, of Madison, was charged with filing a false incident report, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. Nicholas Zampano, 31, of North Branford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. Vernon V. McMillian, 59, of Hamden, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Nov. 8 Nicholas Genearo Graveline, 29, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal mischief, risk of injury to a child and second-degree breach of peace. Nov. 9 Jeremiah Lopez, 50, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree failure to appear and sixth-degree larceny.
