Press release from the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce : Carey Gaddis 11/04/2021 The Board of Education of Carroll County will briefly convene in open session on Wednesday, November 10, 2021, at 3:00 p.m., at the Board offices at 125 North Court Street in Westminster, to move into closed session promptly at 3:00 p.m., as permitted by the Maryland Open Meetings Act, Section 3-305 (b) of the General Provisions Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland and Section 3-103 of the General Provision Articles of the Annotated Code of Maryland. The Board will discuss the appointment, employment, assignment, promotion, discipline, demotion, compensation, removal, resignation, or performance evaluation of appointees, employees; consult with legal counsel; and discuss matters related to negotiations.
