North Seattle property Management Company seeks a kind, reliable groundskeeper responsible for maintaining the grounds of industrial, commercial, or public property. Mon – Fri 8:00am – 5:00pm RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Cuts lawns; trims and edges around walks, flower beds, and walls. 2. Prunes shrubs and trees to shape and improve growth or remove damaged leaves, branches, or twigs. 3. Sprays lawn, shrubs, and trees with fertilizer, herbicides, and insecticides. 4. Rakes and blows leaves off of roof and other surfaces and dispose of leaves. 5. Cleans grounds of debris and removes litter from around dumpsters. 6. Shovels snow from walks and driveways. 7. Spreads ice-melt product on public passageways to prevent ice buildup. 8. Performs other job-related duties as needed. REQUIREMENTS 1. Valid Washington state driver's license and valid auto insurance are required. 2. High School Diploma or equivalent is required. 3. Demonstrated ability to understand and carry out both verbal and written instructions and directions. 4. Works well with others.
