Job Summary Toth Construction is looking for enthusiastic applicants ready to start a career in construction with no experience required. Looking for self-starting, forward thinking people with the ability to understand and follow directions. Candidates will be expected to have reliable transportation and able to work in all weather conditions. Job Duties Job duties will include but not limited to: • Maintaining jobsite cleanliness • Installing site protection • Load/unload heavy materials onsite • Erecting scaffolding • Dig and distribute fill materials • Installing drainage piping as directed • Safely use medium and heavy power tools • Assisting superintendents, foreman, carpenters, and other tradesmen onsite Qualifications No previous labor experience required. A desire and willingness to learn about carpentry and other aspects of residential construction is preferred. Applicant will be trained on all aspects of the laborer position including how to recognize and report hazardous conditions. Basic personal protective equipment will be provided (eye/ear). Employees are responsible for their own rain gear and footwear/boots. Basic tooling preferred, hammer, utility knife, flat bar/demo bar. Benefits & Compensation Toth Construction provides an employer paid Health Benefits package (Medical, Dental, and Vision), Paid Time Off, as well as a Profit-Sharing & 401k Program. Compensation range of $18.00 to $28.00 per hour. Work hours vary by project, Monday-Friday, with some overtime opportunities. Compensation commensurate on experience. www.tothconstruction.com
