Game Day Cheese Box A Sunday (or Saturday night) game day in Wisconsin isn't complete without a cheese plate. We're proud to feature Hook's cheese in our Game Day Cheese Box and continue to support our local cheese vendors. Tony and Julie formed Hook’s Cheese Company and began producing cheese in 1976. The 10 year aged cheddar won 1st place at the 2006 American Cheese Society Show, the only 10 year cheddar to get a 1st place in this, or any competition!
