Sea wall repair - filler w/gravel & soil

I need to repair some cracks in my sea wall due to erosion by waves of Intracoastal. It must be done during "low tide" with special cement. We shall also need gravel & soil to fill the gap caused by the erosion inside the wall. Will pay $25 per hour, minimum $100, in cash. I will also pay for the material purchased. The house is between the intracoastal & A1A, near Atlantic Blvd. Give experience, phone number & how soon can do. Need truck to carry material.
