A professional painter should be able to work on his own. Run a small crew of workers. Be able to solve most painting and work problems. Work on all types of ladders. Be able to safely work on steep metal and comp roofs. Have knowledge of most all paints, stains and finishes. Have a current driver's license and own a vehicle to get to work and back. Have your own hand tools such as brushes, roller frames, putty knifes, screw drivers, hand masker,, respirator, and etc. Be able to instruct workers to do quality work. Make sure workers are doing what they are told to do.
Be able to organize and maintain work truck and job sites. Have the ability to estimate and order paint or sundries when needed. Be able to pressure wash and prep buildings as needed. Be able to spray most finishes. We only want to hire a well gualified painter that can perform well and get jobs done with out a lot of supervision.
