Valley View Middle Schools Set To Perform Fall Plays

ROMEOVILLE, IL — Several middle schools in Valley View School District are set to perform their fall plays. First up, the Brooks Middle School theater students will present "30 Horrible Catastrophes of Middle School," at 7 p.m. on Friday in the auditorium, the district said. The one-act comedy is about fitting in and finding acceptance during middle school, according to the district. Tickets are $4 in advance, or $5 at the door. The Humphrey Middle School drama club will present its production of "The Secret Garden," at 6 p.m. on Nov. 18 and Nov. 19 in the school's cafeteria theater, according to the district. Tickets are $5 per person, or a family 4-pack is $16. Last up will be Lukancic Middle School's performances of "Dungeons and Dragons" on Nov. 18 and Nov. 20, according to the district. The play will be held at 6:30 p.m. at the school's auditorium. Tickets are available for $5 for adults, $4 for students grades kindergarten through college, while children under six years old will be admitted free of charge.
