ROMEOVILLE, IL — The Conservation Foundation and the Friends of O'Hara Woods will hold its monthly volunteer workday on Nov. 20.
According to the village, volunteers cut invasive brush, burn brush piles, pull garlic mustard and collect seed from native plants.
O'Hara Woods is located at 524 Belmont Drive, and volunteers meet in the parking lot off of Beverly J. Griffin Drive. Volunteers should bring a water bottle, a pair of work gloves and dress for the weather.
The monthly work dates are held from 8 to 11 a.m. on the following Saturdays:
