We can teach anyone interested in casino dealing how to do that before you work any events! JOB SUMMARY: The job of attendant is SAFETY FIRST! Attendants must read and understand the rules for each game or unit. Inform all participants of the rules and ensure all rules are followed with great customer service skills. Makes sure that the guests are having a FUN time! Tells someone in charge and seeks their help with the situation, if anyone does not want to obey the rules. Talks to the Fun Productions Event Supervisor, who will choose to remove the disorderly person from participating or come up with an alternative solution. Be familiar with the procedures of the amusement equipment and accident or injury. Goes through the inspection procedure to check for any damages. Below are the different types of staff duties, and the responsibility included: 1. Casino Dealer: Deal blackjack, roulette, Texas hold-em, or craps during the duration of the event. 2. Inflatable Attendant: Monitor unit to make sure all safety requirements are followed. All inflatable units require an attendant to maintain complete control of the unit at all times. 3. Interactive Attendant: Monitor interactive unit(s) to ensure rules are being followed and the equipment is being used properly. 4. Concession Attendant: Make and serve the concession item(s) such as popcorn, snow cones, cotton candy, etc., using proper serving techniques and tools. 5. Craft/Carnival Attendant: Facilitate game or activity, monitoring supplies as needed. Know and explain the rules to the game or activity, and award prizes as necessary. 6. Teambuilding Attendant: Keep time and scores for teams. Encourage and engage guests while explaining the rules and steps to complete different challenges.
