The Inventory Associate supports our install and service technicians by managing all parts and inventory purchasing. Reporting to the Fleet Manager, the Inventory Associate is responsible for ensuring all materials are ordered, stocked, accounted for, and prepared for each day’s jobs. This position is key to the success of the installers and service techs. Proficient computer skills and a good driving record are required for this position. Plumbing or HVAC industry experience or a mechanical background are a plus. Benefits: • Competitive compensation • Dental insurance and Simple IRA Daily Responsibilities: • Open yard each morning • Stage all parts needed for jobs • Coordinate deliveries of parts to jobs/installers at job locations • Log all tools checked out or returned • Replenish material that is documented on parts forms • Research and locate special parts as needed • Manage in-stock inventory • Maintain yard Preferred Qualifications and Experience: • Inventory management or warehouse operations experience, preferably in a plumbing, HVAC, automotive, or other mechanical parts focused business • Basic computer skills (communicating via email, online ordering, creating purchase orders) • Strong time management skills and attention to detail; able to work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision • **Valid driver’s license is a firm requirement** Work Location: Broomfield, CO Open to Remote Hire: No Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18 - $20 per hour depending on experience
