Shoji Spa is looking for either a part time or full time CPO with additional handyman experience. We have a beautiful property and provide an excellent work/life balance. Compensation is generous and negotiable. RESPONSIBILITIES: Tubs • On a daily basis, thoroughly clean tubs, test chemicals, balance & record results in accordance with Shoji’s policies and all Local, State, & Federal regulations • Perform deep cleaning and/or dumping of hot tubs, cold plunge and sauna as needed • Inspect & maintain all tub equipment including, but not limited to, pumps, heaters, & chillers • In order to ensure all Health Board licenses are issued and to prevent official “closures” of the tubs, all tubs, tub equipment, tub enclosures, tub decks & tub doors will be maintained in accordance with regulations Maintenance • Clean and organize pump houses, tool shed and storage areas as needed • Inspect, diagnose maintenance needs & perform routine repairs on pump house plumbing • Perform routine & general building maintenance which may include - but not be limited to - cleaning of gutters, replacement of air filters & interior/exterior light bulbs, painting, and minor carpentry, plumbing & electrical projects • Gather trash & recycling from all areas of property & ensure trash is placed outside for weekly collection • Perform general landscaping & grounds upkeep including but not limited to sweeping and/or pressure washing of sidewalks, decks, parking lot & windows; lawn mowing, weed eating, leaf blowing & raking; tree & shrubbery pruning or removal; weeding of gardens & snow/ice removal from pathways & driveway
