Kitten Found - Anderson hwy 81 near Clarendon

Last night I found this little guy at Anmed North campus. He is super friendly but appeared to have been lost for a little while. I'd like to return him to his owners (I am pretty sure it is a male kitten), since he is very friendly although looks he needs a bit of care.
