DOYLESTOWN, PA — A Doylestown man was fatally struck by two vehicles in Horsham Friday morning, authorities said. One of the drivers stopped to help, but the other fled the scene without stopping. The incident occurred at around 6:17 a.m. near the intersection of Dresher and Gibraltar roads. The pedestrian, identified only as a 75-year-old man, died at the scene. The first driver, a 30-year-old man from Southampton driving a pick-up truck, immediately stopped to help the victim, according to authorities. However, moments later, a full sized, dark colored SUV sped by and hit the victim again, police said. The SUV sped away without offering help. Police are searching for that driver and an investigation is underway. If you have any information, contact Horsham Township Police Department Sergeant Ben Simpson at 215-643-8284.
