LONG BEACH, CA —Long Beach police reportedly fired on a suspect Friday morning, prompting the closure of a major thoroughfare.
Los Coyotes Diagonal near Woodruff Avenue remains shut down as police investigate the incident. Authorities have released few details about what led up to the shooting.
According to Fox11 reporter Stu Mundel, one suspect was wounded in the shooting and rushed to the hospital.
