I have a gorgeous 3 year old English Bulldog female, unaltered, housebroken... up for adoption. My significant other and I are splitting up and I can't take her with me and he doesn't want her. There is most definitely a rehoming/adoption fee! She is NOT free by any means. If you can't research the breed, understand the costs, etc, then you don't need her.
