Dead Body, With Slashed Throat, Found On Cleveland's East Side

CLEVELAND — A dead body was found near a home on E. 30th Street this week. At 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, officers were called to the 2300 block of E. 30th Street. When police arrived they spoke with witnesses who found the body near the house. The body was of a 56-year-old man. His throat had been slashed, police said. Live in Cleveland? Members of the Cleveland police homicide unit are now leading the investigation into the man's death.
