Water leak in driveway

After my house started leaking 170 gallons of water an hour I had to have a leak detection company identify the leak. Apparently, it is just inches on my side of the metre (otherwise it would be the cities responsibility). It is caused by my neighbor's tree roots. I need to get it dug out and the roots blocked off from it and the line repaired, am imagining it is 2-3 hours work. I am looking for bids on this work. I have a very tight budget so please don't bother if you are going to put a crazy bid in as I cannot afford it. Please respond with your phone number. Thank you.
