WE NEED YOUR HELP!!! JOIN SPECIAL NEEDS NETWORK AS A VOLUNTEER FOR THE 12TH ANNUAL CHRISTMAS CARE EXCHANGE DRIVE THRU TOY GIVE-AWAY WE NEED YOUR HELP!!!   Special Needs Network will be hosting our 12th Annual Family Christmas Care Exchange again this year on December 19, 2020 at Earvin "Magic" Johnson Park located at 905 E. El Segundo Blvd, Los Angeles CA 90059. The BIG difference is that it will be our FIRST Drive-Thru event and our set up will look VERY different due the global impact of Covid-19. Because we know that so many families are struggling even more this year, especially our marginalized communities, we want to provide the best possible "Grab N Go style Christmas Care Exchange event while staying in compliance with Public Health and Safety guidelines. We will be providing a "Grab N Go" style Christmas Care Exchange event with curbside pick-up to ensure social distancing. That's where YOU come in! In order to provide this curbside activity and ensure social distancing we will need a large pool of volunteers to help with our set up, coordinating the flow of families throughout the established route, and getting they get the needed resources for the WHOLE family! December is just around the corner and to pull this off, we really need your committed help. In addition to the unwrapped toys for boys and girls for all ages, we also customarily provide our families with fresh produce to help supplement family meals. If you or your company are also able to contribute with In-Kind support, we would greatly appreciate the support. COVID Guidelines will be in place Must adhere to social distancing guidelines. Masks required! (Will be provided if needed) Water and Snacks provided. Temperatures will be taken upon arrival. (Please stay home if you feel sick or have a fever) General Guidelines for Volunteers: If you are not feeling well - fever, cough, achiness, or other symptoms – PLEASE do not come as we will be strictly following COVID-19 health and Safety Guidelines. PLEASE NOTE: In addition, as required by insurance liability, all volunteers must be 16 years or older and no children may accompany adult volunteers (we do not provide childcare).  Thank you!!!
