K3 is currently seeking experienced, locators, equipment operators, and CDL drivers. K3 Directional Drilling specializes in the water, wastewater, sewer, natural gas, and communications utility sectors. Job Descriptions Equipment Operators (Mini / Wheeled Excavators, Backhoes, Vac Trailers) · Operate and maintain construction equipment and assigned vehicles. · Train others on proper operation of equipment. · Listens and communicates effectively with managers, and peers. CDL Drivers · Job requires employee to assist in buried utility work and the directional drilling process. · Employee will need to be able to use shovels, hammers, and other hand tools. · Must be able to lift and carry 75-pound drill rods. · Class-A CDL driver’s license is required. · Experience operating construction equipment and/or experience on directional drilling projects is preferred. Laborers · Assist crew in daily tasks. · Work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality service and efficiency in daily operations. · Listens and communicates effectively with managers, and peers. · Loading materials and equipment to various job site locations. · Assisting in job site setup. · Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment. Experience & Requirements · Construction, 1 year (Preferred) · Underground Construction, 1 year (Preferred) · Directional Drilling, 1 year (Preferred) · Machine Operator, 1 year (Preferred) · CDL Class A (Preferred) · Ability to pass pre-employment Drug test. · Ability to lift 75lbs. · Must be able to bend, kneel, stand, or walk for long periods of time. · CDL Drivers: Class A license with clean driving history required. Salary and Benefits · Job Type: Full-time · Salary: Depending on Experience/Position ($17-$21/hr) · Pay Frequency: Weekly · Health insurance · Paid time off
