Participants needed for a listening study!

Description

We are seeking volunteers to participate in a study on listening effort at Boston University. Participation will involve a hearing test and completion of a computerized listening experiment. During a portion of the experiment, pupillometry (non-invasive measurement of pupil size using infrared light) and electroencephalography (non-invasive measurement of brain activity using an electrode cap) will also be used. To be eligible, participants need to: - Be between the ages of 55 and 69 - Have normal or near-normal hearing in both ears - Speak English as a native language - Have no history of stroke or other neurological injury/disease - Availability between the hours of 10am and 4pm on Fridays preferred You will be compensated for your time.
