Night & Weekend Shifts Available Starting at $16.50 an hour base rate for fork lift operators and $20.00 an hour base rate for Yard Jockeys on all paid hours. PLUS shift differentials on all hours worked! Kane new hires who meet our productivity and attendance expectations will be eligible for wage progression resulting in increases to $18.50 in 2 years! (Example for base rate.
