Hi. Mine and another band shares the largest room in Puddletown Studios. We'd like to get a third band in there to split the rent. Ours is on 6th and division, really close to food, drink, the 15 bus line and some other cool stuff. It's a great location. Obviously, this arrangement is high risk high reward so if the bands can meet up and feel each other out, that would be ideal. I'd like to photograph the ID of anyone involved just to have that protection in case you happen to be a secret junkie who makes off with our stuff. Details about the room off the top of my head 24/hr access coded entry to the facility, then a key entry for the individual studio. it's got a bathroom on site. our room specifically has a PA we're happy to share. It may or may not have a drum set by the time you join us, as the third band we're trying to replace is taking it with them. our room has a mini fridge we're happy to share. Oh and Rent is 475 divided by people who will be keeping stuff in the studio. One of our bands has 3 and the other has 4 so it would be 475 divided by whatever the total number of people is
