We are a General Contractor, licensed and insured. We have an immediate need for a temporary Sub Contractor with a minimal crew or a skilled Handyman with a helper for various work. This can be potentially a permanent working relationship if your work is quality. Must have skills in: 1. Wood fence repairs/new installation 2. Framing 3. Siding installation 4. Brick repairs 5. Flooring installation 6. Interior Painting 7. Drywall repairs HOLIDAYS ARE COMING UP FAST, GREAT WAY TO MAKE THAT EXTRA MONEY! Pay is by the job based on your estimate and payment to you is made on or before 7 days of the date of your invoice. You will be working under our license and insurance and will not need to be licensed yourself. You must have your own transportation and pay for your own fuel. You must have your own tools Communication is key Must be reliable, dependable, honest and have great pride in your work. This is a 1099 opportunity.
