Maintenance Technician Marous Management Services is currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician/General Laboroer in Willoughby, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, adjustments and/or replacements of all mechanical systems related to the properties. Additional Responsibilities: -Complete routine unit turns in preparation for occupancy -Perform routing preventive maintenance tasks in a timely manner -Perform routine property maintenance including trash pickup and snow/ice removal -Regularly maintain the building’s interior and exterior -Present a professional, positive and helpful attitude when interacting with tenants and co-workers -Observe additional maintenance needs requiring attention and report to the supervisor -Respond to emergency situations as necessary -Perform other duties related to the work described herein -Understand the Marous 5 Ps Business Plan and be an active participant in the implementation and execution of responsibilities necessary to achieve property and company goals. -Maintain cleanliness of clubhouse, leasing offices, fitness room and other common areas. -Notify maintenance of deficiencies, damage or needed repairs to equipment, furniture, or anything on the property in need of attention. -Daily inspection and touch-up of make ready units and models to ensure that they are 100% ready to be leased and occupied. -Assist maintenance in maintaining curb appeal including planting flowers, weed removal, lawn watering, snow removal, etc. -Monitor the inventory of cleaning supplies and/or equipment and notify supervisor of needs. -Maintain cleaning supplies in accordance with OSHA requirements. -Maintain cleanliness of facilities, including restroom facilities. -Maintain cleanliness of community room, including carpets, furniture, windows and kitchen area. -Clean vacant apartments units as assigned. -Assist supervisor with set up and participation in resident retention activities. -Understand and adhere to all Fair Housing laws. -Adhere to established Marous Management emergency policies and procedures. -Attend staff meetings and assigned training. -Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times. -Ability to handle light maintenance tasks such as; replacing light bulbs, repairing leaks, touch up paint, etc. -Perform all other related duties as assigned.
