Looking for contractors or handyman that can complete pre-inspections/due diligence inspections on properties for regional investor! All of properties inspected are properties we intend to purchase. Inspectors that complete the inspection have first right of refusal for all necessary renovations. Renovations range from light cosmetic to full home remodels. Buying multiple homes per month.
